CNSL has welcomed the opportunity to build upon the recent successful completion of the initial programme of front end mandate work to deliver mandates for the next suite of key facilities on the Sellafield site. The project mandate is in essence a concept scheme and associated cost and programme for decommissioning a specific plant. CNSL has won 4 of the 7 individual groupings of plants worth over £440k, that includes major plants such as THORP and the redundant wet silo storage facility. The work will be led by REACT Engineering and has drawn together a strong team of experienced personnel, from across the CNSL members, to deliver the project. The project will be completed by February 2008.
